I am a Talent Acquisition Manager at the DKB Code Factory and we have several open job positions. Please check them out or contact me for any more details.
Code Factory is the corporate startup of Deutsche Kreditbank AG located in the heart of Berlin.
Our Mission: creating tomorrow’s banking! By developing and realizing sustainable solutions for DKB customers, we’re transforming DKB from a financial institute into an agile IT company with a banking license.
We’re always looking for new ideas on how to make banking better and make a real difference in people’s lives.
For us, digitization does not mean replacing employees, but rather making them ready for the future and the challenges ahead.
By constantly developing new ideas, we not only provide our customers with the best possible service, but also support DKB in faster implementations of their social projects. From windmills to kindergardens or hospitals - our work has an impact on our society, which motivates us every day.
We believe in people development and lifelong learning. That’s why we like to experiment with new technologies and methods. Our team consists of 40 people from 18 nations. 40 curious people, that work towards a common goal and empower each other.
We are not afraid of failure, we just never do some ;) we learn from experiences and try to become better every day - true to the motto: “Trial and Error”. Even if our new recruiting campaign says something different ;)
Our Data Analytics Team is looking for a curious, focused and driven Working Student to join our Digital Analytics Team and support our web analytics activities. You’ll work closely with our other analysts to dive deep into the data of what really motivates our 4 million customers. You’ll have the opportunity to help analyze data from a variety of sources and provide unique analyses to the multiple layers of our business. The insights you will help to glean will directly aid in the effort to change the DKB, one of Germany’s largest direct banks, from a traditional bank into a tech bank.
At the Code Factory, you'll become a reliable expert in our site analytics tool in terms of how to use it and what is stored in it. You'll have the opportunity to perform ad-hoc analysis, set up dashboards and reports, and collaborate with other teams within the business to help support their data and insight requirements.
Here's what we're looking for you to bring to the table. You are a student (Bachelor or Master). You have working experience with analytics tooling, and you are highly numerate, with a desire to understand customer behavior through data. Maybe you have some knowledge of querying SQL (this would be a plus!). But more than that, you feel at home in a multidisciplinary environment with international colleagues and developers. You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills, both verbal and written. You demonstrate enthusiasm & commitment to work, and a commitment to quality and integrity. You have the willingness to identify and learn new technologies to best solve data-related issues.
You're passionate about your work, but also know how to enjoy your free time.
We offer flexible working hours, as well as a self-improvement and advanced training budget. We do Team building events together and you can choose your own hardware, and drinks, for that matter. As a bank, we also provide a Prepaid Credit Card for your personal shopping trip every month. While it's boring, we also have an insurance plan for you - but because you get discounts on a gym membership (Urban Sports Club), we hope you stay fit and will never need it ;)
Our office is located in Berlin's vivid FinTech community with great activities at H:32 (next to Train Station Berlin Zoo), which offers a great work environment - and so does our team.
Last but not least, we offer a competitive salary with 30 days of vacation a year.
